13.3 Inserting paper rolls into the integrated printer
INFORMATION
Do not pull the paper out of the printer. Use the Paper feed key
for this purpose.
Never pull the paper backward, because this may damage the
printer.
On commissioning the sterilizer, you need to insert a paper roll into the integrated
printer.
In addition, you must change the paper roll when there is almost no paper left. You
can tell that this is the case when a wide red line appears on the paper.

Cut the end of the new paper roll as shown in Figure 25.

Turn the bar lock (26) on the printer cover to the left.
The printer cover is now unlocked (see Figure 26).

Pull the printer cover (27) toward you.
♦
Remove the printer cover (27).
♦
Cut the paper strip off the old paper roll.
♦
Press the Paper feed key (29) until the remaining paper has been
removed from the printer head.

Remove the old paper roll from the paper roll compartment.
♦
Insert the new paper roll into the paper roll compartment so that the end
of the paper roll is below the roll.
♦
Insert the end of the paper roll into the paper feeder.
♦
Press the Paper feed key (29).
The paper is now pulled into the printer head (Figure 27, right). It will curl slightly
upward.

Replace the printer cover (27). Guide the paper through the slot of the
printer cover (27). Once the printer cover is flush with the device, lock the
printer cover by turning the locking bar to the right.
