8. On page three of the Dark Current Calibration wizard, click Apply .
The fourth and final page of the Dark Current Calibration dialog box appears (see
Figure 43 ).

9. Click Finish to complete the calibration.
The detector stores the calibration results. The date and time that the calibration was
performed appears in the Dark Current Calibration area of the Calibration page as the
Last Calibration (see
Figure 44 ).
