ISQ EC and ISQ EM Mass Spectrometer Operating Manual

Add pump oil into the reservoir. Fill the pump a little over the halfway mark on the sight
glass. See Figure 39.

NOTICE—After tuning on the pump, the oil level might drop. If the oil

level goes below halfway on the sight glass, vent the mass spectrometer
