Parameter Description
Scan name The name of the compound being scanned
Mass list or range (amu)
The masses the system will scan. Full-scan mode: Start and end mass
are separated by a dash. SIM mode: Individual masses or multiple
values separated by a comma.
Ion Polarity Indicates whether positive or negative ions are generated
Source CID voltage
Accelerates ions into the background gas to aid in desolvation. Can
increase sensitivity or reduce noise for some analytes. Range: 0-100
V, default: 0 V (no source CID)
Transfer scans Select button to transfer scan information typed in Basic Mode to
Scan Mode
Parameter Description
Name The name of the channel for fraction collection
Scan Filter Based on the scan information entered into the Scans pane
Target Mass (min) The minimum mass scanned within the scans range
Target Mass (max) The maximum mass scanned within the scans range
