Note:
If your instrument is not on a network, you do not need to set the IP address. Ask your
system administrator if the IP address is assigned statically or dynamically. For static addresses,
you need to know the IP address for the instrument, the subnet mask, and the default gateway.

Create a user profile on the instrument
Users can create their own password-protected profile. Access can also be granted without password
via the
Guest user
. Protocols made with the
Guest user
is only available to the
Guest user
, whereas
the password protected-generated protocols are limited to the respective users.
