The communication between DynaCellect

™

system and the DeltaV

™

system will be as follows:

1. The DeltaV

™

system will send the commands (Controls) to OPC-UA Server and OPC-UA Server will

in turn relay these commands to the Instrument Server.

2. Instrument Server will send status updates (Monitoring) to OPC-UA Server and the OPC-UA Server

will in turn relay these data to the DeltaV

™

system.

It is assumed the MES applications will be located externally to the CTS

™

DynaCellect

™

Magnetic

Separation System.

Communications by any MES system to the instrument will be through the CTS

™

DynaCellect

™

Magnetic Separation System embedded OPC-UA software installed in the instrument.

Initial OPC-UA Setup

User will have to configure OPC initial settings if it is a first-time user. In the following screen, the user
will have the option to enable/disable OPC server and allow/disallow control functions from OPC server.
