HEATING CURVE CORRECTION
To increase or decrease room temperature with respect to
the automatic setting calculated by the BAG control card,
turn the trimmers on the BAG card clockwise to increase
temperature or anti-clockwise to reduce it.
The available adjustment range is between -5 and +5
comfort levels. These are displayed on the REC 07/08
remote control (if present) or can be displayed on a PC
running dedicated software.
SETTING NIGHT-TIME TEMPERATURE REDUCTION (only over a PC interface)
With the contacts closed, heat requests are generated by the flow temperature sensor on the basis of outdoor temper-
ature, to achieve a nominal room temperature at DAY level. With the contacts open, the boiler does not switch off but
lowers the heating curve to NIGHT level.
A parameter (PSHx) has been introduced for each of the three CH circuits to allow the night-time reduction function to
be enabled and modified. This parameter can only be controlled from a PC.
Possible parameter values range from 0 to 9. The default setting is 0.
If the parameter is set to 0:
the night-time reduction function is disabled: heat requests from a room thermostat or remote control are handled in the
normal way (day mode).
If the parameter is set to a value between 1 and 9:
the night-time reduction function is enabled and the pump for the zone concerned runs continuously.
The system’s automatic temperature control formula can be modified as follows:
TM = TARGET = ((REF + ERS – VCTEA + CORTMP- PSHx) x (K-X / 10)) + (REF)
Where PSHx is the night-time reduction system parameter.
If no heat request from a room thermostat or remote control is detected, PSHx in the above formula assumes the value
set in the parameter. If a heat request from a room thermostat or remote control is detected, PSHx assumes the value 0.
