ADJUSTING THE GAS VALVE
- Switch on mains power to the boiler.
- Open the gas cock.
- Turn the function selector to OFF/RESET (the display
shows “
- -
”)
- Pull off the DHW temperature selector knob (2) and the
function selector knob (6)

Perform the procedure given above to activate the
“combustion analysis” phase
- Wait for the burner to ignite. The display will read out
“CO” and the boiler will start functioning at maximum
central heating power. The chimney sweep function
remains active for a maximum time of 15 minutes. If the
central heating flow reaches a temperature of 85°C, the
burner shuts down. The burner will re-ignite when cen-
tral heating flow temperature drops below 75°C.
- Remove the cap and insert the combustion analysis
probe
- Turn the Max CH trimmer clockwise until maximum fan
speed is reached (see table)

Setting changes do not cause the burner to ignite. As you turn the trimmer, a value expressed in thousands (e.g.
2.5 = 2500 rpm) automatically appears on the 2 digit display.
When supplied, the boiler is configured with the settings shown in the table below. These settings can be changed if
necessary to comply with specific system requirements or regional emission control legislation. Refer to the following
graphs to adjust the settings.
