(17) On the air data test set adjust the altitude to each of the altitudes shown on Table 604 (Airplanes
-0057 and -0451 thru -0609 that do not incorporate SB525B-34-40) or Table 605 (Airplanes
-0610 and On and Airplanes -0057 and -0451 thru -0609 that incorporate SB525B-34-40).
(18) On the PFD 1, PFD 2 and the SFD displays make sure the altitude shown on each display does
not exceed the tolerances shown on Table 604 (Airplanes -0057 and -0451 thru -0609 that do
not incorporate SB525B-34-40) or Table 605 (Airplanes -0610 and On and Airplanes -0057 and
-0451 thru -0609 that incorporate SB525B-34-40).
NOTE:
The ESI-1000 does not show altitudes below -999 feet.
(19) Record the displayed airspeed results in Table 603 and Table 604 (Airplanes -0057 and -0451
thru -0609 that do not incorporate SB525B-34-40) or Table 605 (Airplanes -0610 and On and
Airplanes -0057 and -0451 thru -0609 that incorporate SB525B-34-40).
B.
Do the MACH IAS Mode Test Procedures.
(1)
On the GMC 710 push the FLC button.
(a)
Make sure that FLC shows on the PFDs.
(2)
On the GMC 710 adjust the ALT SEL knob to select 35,000 feet.
(a)
Make sure the current IAS number (target) shows at the top of the airspeed display.

Overspeed Test
NOTE:
This test is not necessary by Title 14, CFR 91.411, but it must be done for continued
airworthiness.
A.
Do the Overspeed Test Procedures.
(1)
Make sure that the GEAR CONTROL circuit breaker on left circuit breaker panel is engaged.
(2)
Make sure that the AUDIO/MKR 1, AUDIO/MKR 2 and WARN circuit breakers, found on the
right circuit breaker panels in the cockpit, are engaged.
(3)
Put each landing gear electrical test box SQUAT SWITCH to the ON GROUND position.
(4)
On the Home page of one of the two GTC 570 Touch Screen Controllers push the Aircraft
Systems button, then the Systems Test page push the Overspeed button.
(a)
Make sure that the overspeed warning alert is heard on the cockpit speakers.
(b)
On the OVERSPEED test button 'in progress' is shown.

If the alert is heard, select the Overspeed prompt.

If the alert is not heard, select Overspeed and troubleshoot the warning system.
(5)
Push the BARO knob on the pilot and the copilot GCU 275 PFD Controller panels.
(a)
Make sure that the PFD 1 and PFD 2 displays show 29.92 inHg.
(6)
For airplanes with an ESI-1000 installed, push the STD button and make sure that the SFD
shows 29.92 inHg (101.3 kPa).
(7)
For airplanes with an EFD-750 installed, push the knob and make sure that the SFD shows STD.
(8)
Increase static pressure to provide an altitude of up to 30,000 feet (9144 m) above ambient
altitude.
(9)
Set the airspeed on the test set to 277 knots.
(10) Increase the airspeed to between 278 to 280 knots as shown on the air speed indicator and
make sure that:
(a)
You can hear the overspeed alert tone over the cockpit audio.
(b)
On the left and right PFD a red band shows on the top of the Airspeed Display.
(11) Decrease the airspeed to 250 knots.
(a)
Make sure that the overspeed alert tone is silent.
9.
Barometric Display Check
NOTE:
The ESI-1000 SFD has a minimum Baro value of 27.00 in.Hg. Only do the 29.92 and 30.98
in.HG on Table 606 for the ESI-1000 SFD.
