6.1: Fixed mounting according to EN 353-1 on an on-site ladder:
Load capacity of the ladder: The fixed ladder (made of aluminum, steel or stainless steel) must be
standardised (eg. OENORM EN-14122-4, OENORM Z-1600, etc.) and must be installed according to
the manufacturer's specifications. In addition, an attachment point of the ladder to the structure must
be exactly in the area of the upper ladder attachment of the rope (between the two rungs)!
The wire rope system may only be installed on the ladder using approved components from table 1.
Attention!
The TEUFELBERGER SKC EVO Line must not exceed a max. inclination of 15° to the left
or right side as well as to the front or rear!
When installing the wire rope system, a preload of 100 kg must be applied. The preloading is done
with the spring tensioning device at the lower attachment. To do this, tighten the M12 nut until the
indicator plate under the spring has reached the notch on the bracket! After the installation has been
completed, the acceptance report (Enclosure 1) must be filled in!
