ESCRIPTION

The Terrasat receive redundant (Rx 1+1) system is available with a separate outdoor 
interface module that can receive power from the IBUC power supplies or via AC 
mains and performs all required functions for redundant operation of low-noise block 
converters (LNBs). No indoor controllers are necessary. Typically, the Rx switch and 
LNBs are mounted directly to the antenna feed and a separate mounting bracket for 
the interface module is available. A system diagram is provided in 

Figure 2.1

.

The Rx 1+1 system is available in C-band, X-band, Ku-band, and Ka-band 
frequencies with a variety of input power options.
