Description
Picam_GetParameterFloatingPointValue()
returns the current floating point
value for a specified parameter.

Handle for the hardware for which the floating point value is
being requested.

Specifies the parameter that is to be queried.
Valid parameters are those of type

value:
Pointer to the floating point value of the specified parameter.
