Using the Oscilloscope and DMM at the Same Time

You need to evaluate a VCO (voltage-controlled oscillator) circuit.
You want to produce a graph of the output frequency as a function of
the input control voltage. Set up the TekScope instrument to provide
you with data for your graph.
