P6467 High-Speed Probe Adapter Instruction Manual

5. Check that the acquired data in the State Display menu looks similar to the

following repeating data sequence:

These checks verify that a clock signal can be distributed to all clock connections
on the probe. If any checks fail, verify that all jumpers and connectors are in the
correct locations as described in Table 14. Also, verify the correct setups for the
HFS 9003 Stimulus System.

If the tests still fail after verifying all of the setups, repair is necessary. Contact
your local Tektronix representative for repair and replacement information.
