User’s manual
We advise you to follow the steps below explained:
1.
All the cables have to reach the terminal block through the holes on the bottom side.
2.
Connect the Input
Main AC Input Line
, paying attention to the right polarity, as explained below:
Connect
Main AC Input Line GROUND
wire
to the
GND screw
(bottom right).
Connect
Main AC Input Line R (Phase L1)
wire
to the
R terminal
of
INPUT1
block.
Connect
Main AC Input Line S (Phase L2) wire
to the
S terminal
of
INPUT1
block.
Connect
Main AC Input Line T (Phase L3)
wire
to the
T terminal
of
INPUT1
block.
Connect
Main AC Input Line N (NEUTRAL)
wire
to the
N terminal
of
INPUT1
block.
3.
Connect the input
Bypass Line
, paying attention to the right polarity, as explained below:
Connect
Bypass AC Input Line GROUND
wire
to the
GND screw
(bottom right).
Connect
Bypass AC Input Line R (Phase L1)
wire
to the
R terminal
of
INPUT2
block.
Connect
Bypass AC Input Line S (Phase L2)
wire
to the
S terminal
of
INPUT2
block.
Connect
Bypass AC Input Line T (Phase L3)
wire
to the
T terminal
of
INPUT2
block.
Connect
Bypass AC Input Line N (NEUTRAL)
wire
to the
N terminal
of
INPUT2
block.
4.
Connect the
OUTPUT Line,
paying attention to the right polarity, as explained below:
Connect
Output Line GROUND wire
to the
GND screw
(bottom left).
Connect
Output Line R (Phase L1)
wire
to the
R terminal
of
OUTPUT
block.
Connect
Output Line S (Phase L2)
wire
to the
S terminal
of
OUTPUT
block.
Connect
Output Line T (Phase L3)
wire
to the
T terminal
of
OUTPUT
block.
Connect
Output Line N (NEUTRAL)
wire
to the
N terminal
of
OUTPUT
block.
The instructions below describe the operations to correctly connect the UPS to a
Battery Box supplied by Tecnoware.
EVO DSP PLUS TT models are made from a single unit that contains only the electronic
parts. There are not batteries inside the unit.
The UPS must be connected to an external battery box to operate properly.
We suggest to use ONLY Battery Box supplied by TECNOWARE. TECNOWARE declines
any responsibilities if this rule is not followed.
Before starting whichever operation be sure that the Battery circuit breaker of Battery
Box is in “OFF” position.
5.
Proceed with the connection of external Battery Box through the following operations:
Connect the
BAT-N
terminal of the UPS to the
BAT-N
terminal of the Battery Box, by using the cable
supplied with the Battery Box.
Connect the
BAT+
terminal of the UPS to the
BAT+
terminal of the Battery Box, by using the cable
supplied with the Battery Box.
Connect the
BAT-
terminal of the UPS to the
BAT-
terminal of the Battery Box, by using the cable supplied
with the Battery Box.
6.
Replace the cover panels on the back of the UPS.
