PreRev
The Pre Rewind bit (PreRev) specifies whether or not a
rewind shall be performed before the test is started:
0 : No Rewind.
1 : Rewind is performed.
Sequence Loop
Count
The Sequence Loop Count specifies the number of cycles
the sequence list is to be executed:
0 : One cycle.
1 : 2 cycles.
2 : 5 cycles.
3 : 10 cycles.
4 : 100 cycles.
5 : 1000 cycles.
6 : 10000 cycles.
7 : Infinite. The sequence will be executes until an Abort is
requested.
LEDTog
The LED Toggle (LEDTog) bit specifies whether LED’s
shall be toggled during test or not:
0 : No LED toggle.
1 : Toggle Ready and Activity LED’s for each test started.
DACI-M
The DACI Marker (DACI-M) bit specifies whether DACI
Markers shall be transmitted or not:
0 : No DACI Markers.
1 : Transmit Activity Id in front of and Execute Status after each test.
ShortR
The Short Report (ShortR) bit specifies what to report
when failures occur:
0 : First and last occu error message of each failing Aid
1 : Short Report, first and last occurrence of each failing Aid only.
SPPL
The Special Purpose Parameter List (SPPL) bit must be
set to zero to indicate that regular Diagnostic Control
Blocks are included in the parameter list follwing the
two sequencer control bytes.
Report When
Report When bits MUST be set to zero.
Report Where
Report Where bits MUST be set to zero.
Diagnostic Control
Block N
These fields hold one or more Diagnostic Control
Blocks. The Diagnostic Control Blocks have a variable
length. The general structure of a Diagnostic Control
Block is shown below.
