6.3.1.8. Postamble
The Postamble is recorded as specified by the ALRF-1, ALRF-2, ALRF-6, MLR3 (SLR50),
QIC-5010-DC and SLR6 (SLR24) format specifications.
Four different postamble versions may be recorded:
Normal, Elongated, EOD Marker
or
Media Header
Postamble.
Table 6.1 shows a summary of the use of preambles and postambles for different recording
situations:
