LEVERS AND PEDALS
TRAVEL PEDAL
• Check the position of the undercarriage
(steering device) before traveling.
Before operating the travel pedal, make
sure that the steering device is to the
front of the operator’s seat. Remember
that when the steering device is to the
rear of the operator’s seat, the steering
wheel must be operated in the reverse
direction from when it is to the front.
• Before traveling in reverse, check that
the area in the rear is clear of any
person.
BOOM SWING /SECOND BOOM PEDAL
Use this pedal to drive the machine and to
control the travel speed.
This pedal can also be used to control the
engine RPM if the travel pedal button has
been pressed to enter the foot accelerator
mode.
F .............. Forward travel
R ............. Reverse travel
Use the travel select button to change the
travel direction (forward or reverse).
Refer to “Travel select button” on page 2-35.
Use this pedal to operate the boom swing or
the second boom (if equipped).
(A) .......Boom swing right/Second boom lower
(B) ......Boom swing left/Second boom raise
