Causes and remedies
Air cleaner
warning lamp
The air cleaner is clogged. Clean it.
Refer to “Cleaning the air cleaner” on page 5-45.
Fuel filter
warning lamp
The fuel filter is clogged. Replace the fuel filter.
Refer to “Replacing the fuel filter” on page 5-52.
Fuel level
warning lamp
The fuel level is too low. Add fuel.
Refer to “Inspecting the fuel level” on page 5-21.
Third auxiliary
hydraulic
warning lamp
Pressure in the third auxiliary hydraulic line is too low
Consult your sales or service dealer for help.
Travel line
filter warning
lamp
The hydraulic oil travel line filter is clogged.
Stop the engine and replace the filter immediately.
Continuing to operate the machine while the lamp is flashing
could damage the line filter and hydraulic equipment.
Refer to “Replacing the travel line filter” on page 5-32.
Cold climate operation: Hydraulic oil is not warmed up.
Refer to “Warming up the machine (hydraulic oil)” on page
3-8.
Brake oil
pressure
warning lamp
The brake oil pressure is too low.
Consult your sales or service dealer for help.
Lift overload
warning
indicator
lamp
This lamp starts flashing if the overload warning device is
activated. If it occurs, reduce the load to be lifted.
Refer to “Lift overload warning switch (If equipped)” on page
2-42.
Upperstruc-
ture position
warning lamp
This lamp lights if the upperstructure and the undercarriage
become misaligned to the right or left in the travel mode.
When traveling on a public road, be sure that the
upperstructure and the undercarriage are aligned and this
lamp is off.
