Users can look to see if the unit had any temperature issues by using the
status
health:over_temperature
command

The ATS-6511 monitors the fans on the front panel to ensure they are operating, to check the
current status of the fans use the
status hardware:fan
command. Both fans should show a status
of true indicating they are operating normally.

Users can look to see if the unit had any issues with either of the fans by using the
status
health:fan
command

Note:
If the unit is reporting an over temperature condition and the fans are not reporting an
error, ensure the ambient temperature is less than 50 C and the fan filters are clean.
6.2.6 PPS Outputs
The ATS-6511 is capable of providing different PPS outputs on each port of the 4394A card. By
default ports #1 and #2 are set to 1PPS with a 100µs wide pulse. Users can modify these settings.
Users are cautioned to ensure they connect the correct cables to the correct output ports to avoid
any problems.
To verify the settings use the
settings hardware:slots:N
command (N=Card Slot #) to verify the
system settings.
