Checking the Registered User Info

Select [Menu] > [User] > [User Capacity Info].

You can check the number of registered users/user
images/templates and the remaining capacity.
Note
You can register up to 200,000 users (or 400,000
fingerprint templates) and 5,000 user face images on the
device.
■
Deleting All Users
You can delete all users registered in the terminal.

Select [Menu] > [User] > [Delete All Users].

Press [OK] in the window confirming the deletion and then all
user data registered in the terminal is deleted.
Caution!
If you have deleted user data that is not stored
in the BioStar database, the user data cannot
be restored.
