Music selection in fast-forward di-
rection
You can use the “
” button to skip for-
ward to the beginning of a desired track of
music. Press the button the same number
of times as the number of tracks to be
skipped. The number will be shown on the
display (“+1” to “+9”). The play will fast-for-
ward past the tracks to be skipped and
start playing the subsequent track.

Music selection in rewind direction
You can use the “
” button to skip back-
ward to the beginning of a desired track of
music. Press the button the same number
of times as the number of tracks to be
skipped. The number will be shown on the
display (from “0” to “–9”). The player will
rewind past the tracks to be skipped and
start playing at the selected point.

Changing music selection in DPSS
mode
Even with the DPSS in operation (fast-for-
warding in progress), the music selection
mode can be changed by use of the “
