Connect and switch on the printer.

USB stick was not recognised

Remove the USB stick, then switch off and
restart the device. Reinsert the USB stick.

Check that there is software on the USB stick.

If the fault persists, check that the USB stick
supports the USB V1.1 protocol. If it does
not, replace the USB stick.
