Open the holes for the mounts near the
landing gear legs, and bond the mounts to the
fuselage with medium CA.

Cabane Struts:
Separate the hardwood front
struts S1, the rear struts S2, and the Ply strut
doublers S3 from the parts sheets.

With the etching on all parts facing up, match
the bevels on the struts and doublers, align
the holes on both parts, and bond with
medium CA.
☐
Paint, or cover, the struts in the color of your
choice at this time.
☐
Dry fit front struts with lower bevel facing
forward.
Do not glue until wing assembly.
☐
Upper bevels on all struts should point to the
rear, and the doublers should be on the inside
of the struts. Ensure struts seat fully in their
pockets.
