Insert the finished bushing tube back into the
wheel.
☐
Press the bushing into the wheel using a hard
surface until the ends of the tubing are flush
with the outer face of the spokes on each side
of the wheel.
☐
Cover the wheel with a high quality covering
such as Stevens AeroModel AeroFILM.
☐
Cut the rubber tire material to 10-1/4 in. long.
☐
Coat one end with a thin layer of
thick
CA.
Spray the other end with accelerator, align
and press the ends together.
☐
Fit the rubber ring around the wheel, seating
it within the groove around the edge of the
wheel.
