Thoroughly bond all joints between ribs,
spars, leading and trailing edges with CA.

Ailerons:
Begin ailerons by fitting and
tack gluing tip rib A2 to aileron spar A1.

Use thick CA glue to bond ply rib A3a
between balsa ribs A3b and A3c.
Carefully match edges of parts.

Fit assembly A3 into the large hole in the
center of the aileron spar A1. Align and
tack glue in place.
☐ ☐
Fit and tack glue remaining ribs A4
through A8 in order from the tip in.
☐ ☐
Fit trailing edge A9 to all ribs. Align
assembly on a flat surface and bond all
ribs to spar and trailing edge.
