Step 1: Connecting the Emulator to your PC

Shutdown and power-off the PC that is to be connected to the emulator.

Connect one end of the parallel cable to the emulator’s rear panel 25-pin

SUB-D connector and the other end to one of the PC’s parallel ports (LPT1

to LPT2)—refer to

Figure 4

Note:

Centronics (or PC-AT or SPP), ECP and EPP parallel port configurations are supported by

the emulator.
