Program mA Setpoint
Description:
The host requests that the firmware change the mA output. The mA/bit
scaling for the argument is model dependent. See the tables in section 8
of this document.

Where:
<ARG> = 0 - 4095 in ASCII format
Example:

where <ARG> = error code
