Note: When this command is sent via the serial port the actual baud rate
change does not occur until a delay time of 200ms has expired. This is to
allow time for the response to be sent at the old baud rate. The host
must wait for a minimum period of 200ms before sending new commands
at the new baud rate.
6.2
Program kV Setpoint
Description:
The host requests that the firmware change the kV output setpoint. The
kV/bit scaling for the argument is model dependent. See the tables in
section 8 of this document.

Where:
<ARG> = 0 - 4095 in ASCII format
Example:

where <ARG> = error code
