1. Mount the main power terminal block in a junction box or on a
bulkhead adjacent to the feed pump module. Make sure it is a
dry location, well above bilge level, and not subject to spray.
Check the wire size chart below to select the proper conductor
sizes to the main power harness. DC power feeds should be un-
interruptible to ensure proper operation of the Auto Store fea-
ture. Avoid using house breaker panels that could be easily
tripped.
2. Connect the green 3-conductor power/signal connector from the Z-Ion to the pigtail on
the feed pump module. If you did not order your system with the optional Z-Ion, this pig-
tail will be unused.
3. Connect the blue 2-conductor fresh water flush solenoid cable from
the Z-Ion/fresh water flush module to the pigtail on the feed pump
module.
4. Route the red 5–conductor diversion valve and Rotoflow cable from
the diversion valve manifold mounted on the high pressure module
between the Clark Pump and the membrane housing. Connect to
the red pigtail on the feed pump module. Following the same route,
route the salinity probe cable from the diversion valve manifold, up
through the bottom of the feed pump module housing, to the con-
nector on the MPC control box. Slip the supplied boot over the entire connector to protect
from spray.
5. Connect the white 2-conductor boost pump cable to the pigtail on the feed pump module.

Note: If the specified circuit breaker sizes are unavailable, use the next higher rating
but do not exceed the specification by more then 10%. All wiring to be done to appli-
cable ABYC, Marine UL, or CE standards.

ROUND TRIP wire length (DC positive
length plus DC negative length), NOT
the length of the pair of wires togeth-
