The release button ( 12 ) has been pressed. The Fast Release symbol
function illuminates and the press releases to a load of 0.0 Tons. Note,
that the symbols for the PZ program have scrolled up the screen. The
“Pump up to” load has moved up as the PZ program is progressing.

When a significant load has been released the Fast Release message
changes to Piston Retract.

When the piston has retracted and the internal valves to the press
have closed the above display screen is presented. There are four
options that can be taken from this point:
1) The sample can be removed from the press.
2) The 18.0 Tons “Pump up to” load could be reapplied to the sample
by pressing the start button (
11 ).
3) The “Pump up to” load can be changed by pressing the accept
button (
16 ). (Increase/Set Load symbol is illuminated in Menu Bar).
4) Movement to the PGM, DIR or OPT Display Screen Environments.
