0 ADJ (ON/OFF):
ON: turn on the function of SHORT zero clearing (self-calibration function)
OFF: turn off the function
OVC (ON/OFF): compensation of the offset voltage, i.e. compensation of the measurement
error due to thermoelectromotive force on the DUTs. (ST2516/ST2516A)
