• Be sure to perform the cleaning of the carry loader assembly with the CA middle loader assembly removed.
If the cleaning is performed without removing the CA upper BU assembly and CA lower BU assembly, the removed
chips may contaminate the optical block or may enter the mechanical portion giving adverse effects on the operation
of each portion.
Required items for cleaning
• Cleaning cloth (or cotton swab)
• Cleaning fluid (alcohol)
• Brush (soft tip)
Procedure
1.
Remove the CA middle loader assembly. (Refer to
“4-15. CA Middle Loader Assembly”
)
2.
Remove the CA middle arm plate assembly and CA middle base assembly. (Refer to
)
3.
Clean the portions shown in the illustration using the cotton swab dampened with the cleaning liquid.
