Turn the MENU knob clockwise or counterclockwise until M INT
appears.
If you turn the MENU knob clockwise or counterclockwise, the
setting changes in order of OFF

When M INT appears, the camcorder is in manual Interval Rec
mode. The TALLY indicator (green tally) flashes (2 flashes/second).
Also, NUMBER OF FRAME appears.

Push the MENU knob.
The

mark to the left of LOOP/INTVAL REC changes to the
t
mark and the ? mark to the left of the setting changes to the
z
mark.
In this case, you can select another item.
