3-4 Time Difference Function
3-4-1 Over view of Timer Rec/Pla y Mode
Timer Rec/Play mode allows you to record material in cue sheets, and then
preview or select them for play.
A cue sheet is a material obtained from a single recording, preview, or play,
referred to as timer events. A single cue sheet can be created from up to 3
timer events.
All cue sheet settings can be made in the Cue Sheet dialog box. For details, see
Section 3-7-6, “Cue Sheet Dialog Box” (page 3-54).
Notes
• An external device cannot be used to handle timer event data.
• Up to 10 cue sheets can be preset.
• The first 4 seconds of recorded material cannot be previewed.
• If the port is on standby or in use, any operations on the port are prohibited
except for pressing the PLAY and REC buttons. However, if the play start
position (Position) is set to “Manual”, it is also possible to use the search
operation section.
To select Timer Rec/Play mode
To select Timer Rec/Play mode, hold down the MODE button and press the
L3 function key.
