Switch Name Description
SQ23 Cover switch If the key S3 is in AUT position, the switch SQ23
switches of the safety relay K1, thus casing
emergency stop of the barfeeder. The barfeeder
cover opening shows itself in the lathe as a
barfeeder error and spindle revolution inhibition.
B30 Loader up Active, if the barfeeder pusher is in the upper limit
position.
B31 Loader down Active, if the barfeeder pusher is in the lower limit
position.
SQ32
(CE) Magazine closed Active, if the magazine cover is closed.
B33 Flag back Active, if the flag is in the back limit position.
B34
(SS2400S) Material not present Active, if the switch diaphragm is in standstill state
(no bar lies on the diaphragm).
B36 Channel in position Active if the channel is in the working position.
