5 MAINTENANCE

5.1 ROUTINE

MAINTENANCE

Weekly

Remove any dirt from the barfeeder.

Monthly

11 Clean the section, guide bars and rolling guide rollers. Grease the guide bars with

grease LV2.

12 Lubricate the pusher tilting bearings with machine oil.
13 Clean and oil the pusher lock bar and pin.

Every two months

21 Check the length of the tightening spring of the toothed belt of the horizontal unit. The

spring length must be 29 mm.

22 Check the loading mechanism chain tension.
23 Oil the chain of the loading mechanism.
