3.4 MAGAZINE INSTALLATION
•
Release the table cover switch SQ32 from its transport position in the loader pan and let
it freely suspended on the cable.
•
Unscrew the right Allen head screw 3.5/1.
•
Remove the upper galvanized plate from the magazine frame.
•
Insert the threaded rod of the frame into the magazine leg, and put the frame on the left
Allen head screw.
•
Screw in the right screw 3.5/1.
•
Anchor the leg to the ground.
•
Replace the upper plate of the magazine on the frame, and align it by means of 4
distance bolts in such a way that it is parallel with the channel, with the loading
mechanism knifes going through the centre of the grooves in the plate.
•
Secure the distance bolts. It must be possible to move the plate along the frame.
CE option
•
Fit on the magazine cover in such a way that it can freely move in the grooves of the pan
3.5/2. The screw 3.5/3 is used as a pin.
•
Install the magazine cover switch 3.5/4 and check its function.
