a) Регулировка дерноснимов
С целью обеспечения постоянного вращения
посевных дисков особенно важно регулировать
давление дерноснимов

на дисках. Слишком
большое давление может привести к блокировке
дисков в случае поверхностного посева,
недостаточное давление вызывает извлечение
остатков между дерноснимом и дисками, быстро
вызывая блокировку последних.
Дерносним установлен на опоре диска с
использованием шайб из эластомера
2
, которые
несколько снижают давление дерноснима на диск.
Давление дерноснима

регулируется с помощью 2-х
гаек
3
, которые поддерживают ее на кронштейне
диска.
Правильная регулировка достигается, когда
дерносним касается диска, но его еще можно
отвести вручную (т.е. он прижат эластичными
шайбами
2
).
В этом случае дерносним касается диска только
на уровне точки A . Убедиться, что точки B и C
не касаются диска. Все внутренние поверхности
дерноснима, обращенные к диску, должны быть
«открыты» во избежание попадания отходов во
время работы.
Если одна из точек B или C касается диска
одновременно с точкой A , изменить степень
затяжки одной из удерживающих гаек, так, чтобы
наклонить дерносним и удалить эти точки от
диска.
b) Регулировка очистителей колеса
Положение очистителя регулируется
относительно колеса. Необходимо отрегулировать
положение для сохранения пространства между
очистителем и покрышкой не менее 3 мм. В случае
если расстояние менее 3 мм, существует риск
повреждения шины скребком или забившимся
галечником.

a) Skim coulter settings
In order to ensure that the drilling discs rotate
continuously, it is particularly important to correctly
adjust the skim coulter
1
pressure on the discs. Too much
pressure might block the discs when drilling at shallow
depths, not enough might lead to packing of debris
between the skim coulters and the discs, quickly leading
to blockages.
The skim coulter is held on the disc support via elastomer
washers
2
, which allow a certain flexibility in the contact
pressure of the skim coulter on the disc.
The skim coulter

pressure is adjusted using the 2 nuts
3
that hold it in place on the disc arm.
The correct setting is achieved when the skim coulter is
touching the disc but it is still possible to pull it away from
it by hand (by compressing the elastomer washers
2
). In
this case, the skim coulter only touches the disc at point A .
Check that points B and C are not touching the disc. All of
the inside surfaces of the skim coulter which face the disc
should be “open” so as not to trap debris whilst working.
If one of points B or C touches the disc at the same time as
point A , modify the tightness of one of the holding nuts so
as to angle the skim coulter and move these points away
from the disc.
b) Adjusting the wheel scrapers
The scraper position can be adjusted in relation to the
wheel. Adjust the position to maintain a minimum space
of 3 mm between the scraper and the tyre.
If the gap is set at less than 3 mm, the tyre is at risk of
being damaged by the scraper or by stones that might
become trapped.
