LIMITED WARRANTY VALIDATION

Because of its racing application, the 2010 MXZ 600 RS is shipped from the factory
with no limited warranty. If your intention is to use the unit in a trail application and
not to use it in racing or any other competitive activity, please refer to your autho-
rized BRP dealer at the time of delivery for the complete procedure on how to ac-
tivate the Limited Warranty. No requests to activate the Limited Warranty will be
accepted after first delivery to the consumer.
