Commissioning procedure
1. Read safety instructions
2. Check electronic hardware
3. Switch power on
4. Select function ‘autom. configuration’
5. Read autom. device configuration
6. Compare number of ‘planned’ with number of ‘seen’ devices
7. If not equal
correct detector network
If equal
either
upload device configuration to the configuration tool SWE330A
or
start programming user functions direct via keypad
8. Check all autom. detectors, call points, control in-/outputs
and user texts
Work to be done before commissioning can be started
installation of detector lines must be completed
all detector bases must be tested
SynoLINE 600 and control lines must be terminated
all SynoDEC detector heads must be inserted
control unit must be mounted
all accessories must be onsite
mains supply voltage must be available
the zoning must be defined
listing and order of installation of all SynoLOOP devices
must be available
Remarks
Date and time of the internal clock are lost when the power is removed from the control
unit (mains and battery).
Do not plug−in or do not connect any add-on cards while the system is under power.
If the configuration tool SWE330A is not used print out the user functions and user texts
when commissioning is completed.
Completing the commissioning work
Commissioning work is completed when:
– User application setting is completed
– User text editing is completed and checked
– All detectors, call points and input/output modules are allocated to the correct ZONE and user text
– All detectors, call points, input/output modules and alarm devices have been tested and set to position ’on’
– internal clock is set (time and date)
– No fault message is reported
