Ground the connecting cable of a TS module separately 
Connect the connecting cable of a TS module to the periphery (e.g. modem) separately to

Note 
Power supply from the power outputs of the CPU 
The external power supply of the CP must be supplied via the power outputs of the CPU for 

the sensor supply. 
Keep within the maximum load of the power output of the CPU, see /1/ (Page 225). 
You will find data relating to the current consumption and power loss of the CP in the section 

Technical data (Page 183). 

 

 

Note 
Turning off the station when plugging/pulling the CP 
Do not only turn off the power supply to the CP. Always turn off the power supply for the
