Create free configuration
The central control unit RMB795B can be adapted to the needs of the plant with
the help of configuration diagrams, see Sec. 19.2 Configuration diagram.
5.5
Wiring test
A wiring test can be made after all peripheral devices are connected. We
recommend testing after configuration and settings are complete.
It provides the following functions:
•
Display read-only values for inputs.
•
Switching aggregates connected to the outputs, e.g. operating mode outputs,
heat demand, fault relay, etc.
During the wiring test, the application is deactivated.
•
The outputs are in a defined OFF state, and safety-related functions (e.g. smoke
extraction) are deactivated!
•
Communication with RXB/RXL room controllers is interrupted. No more defined
values are transmitted
During wiring test, both inputs and outputs are checked for the following errors:
•
Connection error (mixed up wires)
•
Position error (mixed up sensors or actuating devices)
•
Discrepancy between the type of connections made and the configuration of the
central control unit, e.g. Ni 1000 in place of active DC 0...10 V
