EcoView Web
The EcoView Web application provides remote access and control of on-site devices
and systems 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From anywhere in the world, a site
owner or manager can use EcoView Web to examine current conditions, view historical
trends, and make modifications to schedules and settings affecting on-site equipment.
To access EcoView Web, go to http://siemens.com/ecoview and use the EcoView web
application login link.
Features

System Requirements
Internet Connectivity
The EcoView MicroPad controller can be addressed using DHCP or it can be assigned
a static IP address. In either case, no additional network configuration is necessary—
the EcoView MicroPad controller automatically establishes a Web connection with the
Siemens Cloud Services. If a Proxy server is required, contact your network
administrator for the proper address and credentials.
Logging In
NOTE:
If you attempt to log in five times within ten minutes using an incorrect password, your
account will be locked. Should this happen, click Trouble Signing In? on the login
screen, and follow the onscreen instructions to unlock the account.
If you still have issues logging in, contact your EcoView Distributor or Technical
Support at 1-800-877-7545 (Dial 2) to unlock the account.
NOTE:
Contact your system administrator for a Basic EcoView Web user account. If you
need the Administrator or Supervisor login information for your account, please
contact the EcoView Siemens Technical Support at 1-800-877-7545 (Dial 2).
