Starting the PC with the CMOS SETUP boot diskette loaded
You don't need an operating system to start your PC with the SETUP menu on the
i
CMOS SETUP boot diskette.
Starting when no password is assigned
Insert the CMOS SETUP boot diskette into drive A:.
Restart your PC (warm boot, reset or power on).
If the entries in your PC's SETUP menu are deleted, you will be prompted:

Press F1 to continue or <CTRL-ALT-INS> for setup
Press key F1.
Your monitor displays the first page of the SETUP menu.
Starting when a SETUP password is assigned
Insert the CMOS SETUP boot diskette into drive A:.
Restart your PC (warm boot, reset or power on).
If the entries in your PC's SETUP menu are deleted, you will be prompted:

Press F1 to continue or <CTRL-ALT-INS> for setup
Press key F1.
Your monitor displays the first page of the SETUP menu. The password entry
described below does not apply in this case.
You are prompted:
Type Password and Press ENTER key:
O
Enter the SETUP password.
Press the Enter key.
Your monitor displays the first page of the SETUP menu.
