6. Confirm that papers are stapled correctly.

Place a set of papers in the 2nd bin (below the non-sort bin), check
the stapling location, and then press the manual staple key when it
lights up.

Next, remove the papers that were placed in the 2nd bin and confirm
that they have been stapled correctly.

At this time, if the papers still have not been stapled, repeat this
procedure once again.

This completes the staple sorter installation.

(4) SF-S52

a. After unpacking, check that all the parts are provided as follows:

b. Disconnect the power plug of the copier body.

c. Remove the cut-outs in the cabinet panel at the spacer holes on

the left side of the copier and fit the sorter mounting angle spacers
into the holes.

d. Attach the sorter mounting angle screws (4 pcs). Allow a space of

2 - 3 mm between the screws and the spacers.

e. Attach the sorter mounting angle and the connecting plate.

Hook the front and rear sorter mounting angles into the spaces
between the sorter mounting angle screws and the spacers,
and tighten the four sorter mounting angle screws.

•

Next, use the four connecting plate mounting screws to secure
the connecting plate to the front and rear sorter mounting
angles.
