This command is effective only of the beginning of a line.
If this command is input in page made, the printer performs only internal
flag operations.
This command does not affect printing in page made.
If the setting exceeds the printable area, the maximum value of the
printable area is used.
The horizontal and vertical motion units are specified by GS P.
Changing the horizontal or vertical motion unit does not affect the current
left margin.
The GS P command can change the horizontal (and vertical) motion units.
However, the value cannot be less than the minimum horizontal
movement amount, and it must be in even units of the minimum horizontal
movement amount.

the vertical directionis the paper feed direction.
