telnet
It allows enabling or disabling the access in telnet to Alyseo, the syntax is similar to that of
snmp command.
ftp
It allows enabling or disabling the ftp function on Alyseo, the syntax is similar to that of snmp
command.
If, for example, you want to keep only two ports active, you can use the "none" command and then
re-enable the ports one by one.
Example: disable all the ports and, then, re-enable only http and ftp.
Alyseo106 access control > none
Alyseo port access OFF <--- all the ports are disabled.
Alyseo106 access control > http on
HTTP ON <--- http port is enabled
Alyseo106 access control > ftp on
FTP ON <--- ftp port is enabled
endpoint
It allows realizing a control DLCI, in such a way to have an IP address associated and to
operate as Frame Relay endpoint.
Ex.
Alyseo106 access control > endpoint 120 192.168.10.10 ……..(‘?’)
<netmask> A.B.C.D netmask target
pvc
It allows realizing a control atm pvc with the same characteristics of the control DLCI frame
relay. The only difference is that here the IP address of the “peer station”, that is of the atm node
downstream the alyseo, is required.
route
It allows specifying the path to route the packets from the control channel to the customer’s
network.
Ex.
Alyseo106 access control > route add user 10.0.2.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.10.10
