DUST EMISSION FAULT
Depending on the configuration, a dust emission check can be carried out.
This involves:
- checking that there is no appearance of a dust emission downstream during a shot on a filter
cleaning solenoid.
- checking that there is no appearance of a dust emission outside of a cleaning cycle
This check is carried out from a logical input “dust emission” on which a reject control device is cabled
(ex: SPX50). (see notice reject control device for the adjustments).
The information “dust emission” comes from this input.
The type of this input operation can be specified (see DUST INPUT TYPE in the SELECT menu). Note:
in the graphs below, the input is type “reverse” (case of a SPX50 sensor).
Checking during a shot on a cleaning solenoid valve:
During a shot on a Solenoid Valve, a T15 timeout is initialised. If the information “dust emission”
appears before the end of T15, a « SV dust emission » fault is generated for this SV at the end of the time
T2 (or T2’).
Notes:
- The information « dust emission » is temporized (value of T14 time to adjust from 0 to 99
seconds in the SELECT menu)
- the timeout T15 is adjustable from 1 to 255 seconds (in the SELECT menu)

If the time T15 is adjusted to a greater value than T2 (or T2’), you do as if T15=T2 (or T2’)
- The control is effective only if the information « dust emission » temporized is to « 0 » when
shotting on the SV
- A « SV dust emission » fault is automatically reset if a next shot on the corresponding SV no
longer generates this.
