CELL OPENING / CLOSING FAULT CONTROL
The SFX+ NETWORK can control opening or closing faults of the cells of a filter. It receives cell
position information via its inputs through limit sensors. The position of the cells is determined by the
SFX+ NETWORK. Thus, when a cell opening or closing command is given, the cell has time T10 to
position itself and activate the required sensors. If, after this time, the cell has not been mechanically
positioned, the SFX+ NETWORK generates an opening or closing fault, depending on the case.
In visu mode, faults are displayed as follows:
The red fault LED on the front panel is associated to these faults.
If necessary, additional signalling can be included using relay outputs (see wiring diagrams).
Remark: these fault types are automatically reset
if a correct position of the cells is noted.
